Sovereign Dental - Parkdale

I had a truly wonderful experience at Sovereign Dental, Parkdale with Dr. Victor Nguyen and his amazing team assistants Coral and Helvi, and hygienist Jeane Marie. The atmosphere at the clinic is so warm and welcoming, and every staff member is kind, professional, and caring. Dr. Victor took excellent care of my tooth, which was chipped and not in good shape. He carefully shaped and restored it, and the results look amazing it feels just like my natural tooth again. What impressed me even more was his dedication and compassion. Despite his busy schedule, Dr. Victor personally followed up with me to check how I was feeling until I was completely comfortable. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients and takes utmost care. I am very grateful for the wonderful treatment I received and would highly recommend Dr. Victor Nguyen and the entire team at Sovereign Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care and genuine compassion.

From the moment I walked into Sovereign Dental Parkdale, the receptionist, Kathy, was an absolutely lovely lady who was welcoming, inclusive and professional, making my appointment booking a breeze. As someone who hasn't always loved the dentist, I was a little nervous, but Dr. Victor Nguyen completely changed my perspective. Victor and the wonderful dental assistant were both incredibly professional and knowledgeable, they actually cared about you as a patient! Dr. Nguyen explained everything in great detail and did a fantastic job repairing my teeth. For anyone with dental anxiety, this team of two is the you want working on your from the Xray to the polishing: Thanks to this wonderful experience, I can honestly say I’m no longer scared of going to the dentist! I’m already looking forward to my next visit and plan on bringing my family along, and I’ll 10/10 recommend this office and Dr. Nguyen it’s exactly what Thunder Bay needs for Dentistry !! 🦷🪥🦋

I chose Sovereign Dental because I’ve had a difficult dental history that left me with a lot of anxiety and dental trauma. From the very beginning, the team at Sovereign made me feel safe and supported my hygienist is extremely educated and does a great job explaining everything so my brain is quiet, shes a literal angel. They took the time to build trust and listen, and that meant everything to me. While not everything during my experience went perfectly, the challenges that came up were beyond the control of the dental office. What stood out to me most was how professionally Dr. Clarke handled everything. His patience and understanding did not go unnoticed, and I really appreciated his steady approach through it all. I genuinely feel like I’m in good hands here and look forward to continuing my dental care with Sovereign Dental.

My experience was exceptional and I am very happy with their services… Dr Colin did an amazing job on my front teeth .. super happy with his work 👍. Had a root canal done by Dr Colin and I started chewing on that side again after about ten years of discomfort because I was afraid of getting a root canal … he did an awesome job and I am very glad I did it … great service from all the staff that I have interacted with … thanks

10/10 excellent staff (especially Dental Hygienist Carrie who is extremely caring and Dr. Robertson) and dental office. Patient centered/focused care, they attend to your immediate concerns/needs at the appointment while minimizing any/all discomfort. They go above and beyond for their patients and make you feel comfortable and ease any/all anxiety. Have already recommended them to family/friends.

I have old timers disease and cannot remember my hygienists name but she was awesome. Very friendly, took the time to explain everything. Very happy with my decision to become a patient. Thank you. 😁

The dentist is very experienced with children, and very kind. The staff is so friendly. I had no problem getting an appointment for my child. I would recommend Sovereign Dental to everyone!

All I can say is WOW! Dr. Rodrigo is soo nice! My dental hygienist Carrie was amazing throughout my whole appointment! Very gentle and diligent she clearly knows what she is doing! The staff there made me feel very comfortable!! See you all at my next appointment! Keep up the good work ALL OF YOU! :)

The dentists and staff at Sovereign Denatl are amazing! I'm a super nervous and anxious dental patient, but honestly, they make you feel so comfortable with sedation if needed , and they're all very kind! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
