I can’t say enough good things about this firefighter-owned and operated junk removal service. From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. Very friendly, respectful, and incredibly professional. You can tell right away that this is a group of men who genuinely care about people and their community. Even after long, exhausting days that we all deal with, and more so firefighters as we all know, they show up with positive attitudes, patience, and a sense of urgency. They were quick to respond, efficient, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable the entire time. There was zero judgment - just kindness, humor, and professionalism. It’s refreshing to see a business built on integrity and service. These guys aren’t just doing a job; they’re doing the right thing and making a real difference by keeping people safe and helping the community in a meaningful way. Finally time to clean out the barn and tidy up the yard .. Just getting started to do in phases. Southwest Junk doesn't use any pressure to do more than one can at one time in this economy. Prices reasonable as fees at landfill increase quite a bit ... Michael kept in touch when he was on the way after his shift as first responder was finished. Great personality and highly recommend !

services were quick, very nice man & he took all my old furniture for a great price! doesn't mind hard work at all, moved everything in his truck all by himself. also associated with the fire department, so would be great to support our firefighters ! also offers different Mobile IVs services when you are in need of a quick health fix and not wanting to go to the hospital!! i will be using these services again & highly recommend anyone else to as well :)
