I can’t say enough good things about this firefighter-owned and operated junk removal service. From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. Very friendly, respectful, and incredibly professional. You can tell right away that this is a group of men who genuinely care about people and their community. Even after long, exhausting days that we all deal with, and more so firefighters as we all know, they show up with positive attitudes, patience, and a sense of urgency. They were quick to respond, efficient, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable the entire time. There was zero judgment - just kindness, humor, and professionalism. It’s refreshing to see a business built on integrity and service. These guys aren’t just doing a job; they’re doing the right thing and making a real difference by keeping people safe and helping the community in a meaningful way. Highly recommend and will absolutely support and refer them again.
