My mother passed away while having a loan through southwest unfortunately. They repoed the car while the probate process is still ongoing forcing my fiance and I to pay the loan plus egregious fees out of what savings we had to prevent them from rush selling her vehicle. They showed zero empathy and compassion and were so fixated on the loan that it showed the awful greedy nature of those running southwest. I will be advising every one I possibly can to avoid these prederatory, money hungry monsters.

I understand the is your job when someone don't give the payments on time but when you girls send someones messages by text you are the rudest girls ever I have the text the you sent to my mom and is unbelievable how you guys treat people, please change that cause you can loose credibility and theres more South West financial offices where we can send people to do business thank you.

Text me to pick up my title when I got here they couldn't find it your trusting your title with them don't understand how that could've happened or don't know if that a regular thing to happen
