I can’t say enough good things about Southway Towing Company. They truly went above and beyond for me in the middle of the night during freezing cold temperatures with freezing rain. Being stuck in weather like that is stressful and scary, but Southway Towing made the entire situation so much better. A huge, special mention to Faisal, the driver who helped me. He was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring from the moment he arrived. Despite the terrible weather and late hour, Faisal stayed calm, worked efficiently, and made sure I was safe and taken care of. His attitude and willingness to help really stood out and meant more to me than he probably knows. Customer service like this is rare these days. they're predatory people that take advantage of you after an accident. they came immediately after a car accident to solicit their towing without being called. completely banned practice under the MTO to solicit towing after an accident, let alone even approach the scene. If you agree, they will then charge you 1700$ to get your car out of their impound the next day.

Awful, towed my car with the parking brake on causing extra damage. My car has been stuck in their tow yard for nearly 2 weeks now, and they don't make any reasonable effort to communicate promptly with the insurance company to settle the payout and release it. Not to mention, they already have previous charges against them for essentially holding cars hostage to rack up more fees.

I am a loyal customer to any business who treats me well. Unfortunately Southway towing has burnt their bridge. I’ve owned and managed business’. As of today I hope they realize they should treat customers with respect. I got shafted, and will no longer recommend them for business. Call Ottawa Metro Towing.

THE WORST !!!!! They scratched my car sooooo bad !!!!!!! I’m a single mom of 3 and barely have money to feed my kids, let alone repair my car. They messed me up so bad and acted innocent!!!

Excellent service, they where able to handle my heavy equipment breaking down and towed back to my yard with zero issues, experienced drivers and professional guys, no sugar coating no bs, got the job done hassle free and quick response! Will be using again
