South line Roofing did an excellent job from beginning to end. Kevin examined the roof and provided us with an assessment of the roof’s condition, Elizabeth did a fantastic job coordinating with the insurance claim adjusters, and Gustavo did an admirable job overseeing the roofing application and communicating with us to ensure our satisfaction. The site location was left in great condition. We were extremely pleased with everyone’s professional yet personable demeanor, fair price, and efficient completion.

I recently just had my home remolded, everything from Siding and gutters, to getting a new roof were done by Southline Roofing and exteriors. I can truly say they went above and beyond on the entire project. Everything was so nice and stress free from dealing with Mrs. Jazmine and Mrs. Yobana in the office to dealing with the guys on site and their project managers. I’d like to say a special Thank you to Jose and Andres!! These two gentlemen went out of there way to make sure I was always happy with the work that had been done and very patient with myself when requesting mid project adjustments. I can’t recommend this company enough if you are in need of any work being done on your home. I will be using this company again in the future for other projects of mine.

We had a major roof repair and Kevin came out to give a us a quote. He was professional and prompt on his quote. Yubana was the scheduler and she provided excellent customer service. The first day of the job, Jose and Andres discovered the damage was more serious showing me photos and were very good at explaining the solutions for repair. The team worked diligently and long hours to complete the work. After a big rain , we asked Jose and Ignacio to come out to answer a few questions. They were attentive and wanted to insure our concerns were addressed. They went back up on the roof to review and made necessary adjustments as well as clearly explained what they saw. I am very pleased with the service, the roof repair and recommend Southline Roofing.

These guys are fantastic to work with. They made our project so simple. They put a metal roof on for us built a huge front porch and put gutters up around the whole place. Exceptional work and very professional. The went over the estimate with us and got us financed quick and easy. I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience.

I had 3 companies come out to give me an estimate. We went with Southline because they gave us a great estimate on quality work. We had our roof replaced and all of the facia boards and soffit. Kevin our sales rep was great to work with. Jose the crew foreman and his crew did an excellent job. They worked extremely fast, they were very careful around my plants and did a great clean up of materials before they left each day. I could not be more pleased with my extreme makeover!!! I highly recommend Southline!!!!

I'm finally writing this review as I got my roof replaced in 2024. Southline was great to work with. I chose them after online research and having a few other companies come out to look at my roof. I liked that Southline handles the insurance aspect. From beginning to end, they were great to work with. Kevin was pleasant, knowledgeable, and explained things very well. He showed me pictures of what he saw and explained how insurance adjusters do not look at damaged shingles, but only the missing ones all too often. He came back to be at the house when the insurance company sent out their adjuster (last time they sent a guy with a drone which I mentioned to Southline). Needless to say, I got a full replacement which occurred about 2 weeks after the insurance company approved the replacement. That went smoothly but there was minor damage to a window screen and some scuffs on the siding from the shingle removal. I was reimbursed for the screen and the scuffs were taken care of by Ignacio. My insurance company was probably a little difficult to deal with, so I'm glad Emily was on top of it. The roof came out great! I referred Southline to my brother who got replacements done on his homes and he had no complaints (big deal for him). I will continue to recommend this company.

They were fantastic to work with. Jose and Uzi were great. Very professional, on time and left the site clean and made sure not to leave any nails or debris. I have used them for several projects and will absolutely used in the future. 100% would recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

I had an excellent experience with South Line Roofing from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and truly took pride in their work. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and completed the job quickly without cutting corners. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding — the roof looks fantastic and has already handled a few heavy rains with no issues. Southline Roofing & Exteriors came recommended and we were relieved to also see the high google rating. They did not disappoint! The initial consultation with Uzi was very thorough and professional. He used his drone and gave me in depth explanations of problem areas while using pictures from the drone to help explain. He explained what needed to repair and also prepped us for possible extra cost if there was damage to the plywood under our damaged shingle areas. The team communicated well ahead of the work date, arrived on time and immediately set to work, and finished our smaller job within a few hours. The team even did things that were not part of the quote like extra caulking to existing structures and leaf blowing of the gutters they were near, along with leaf blowing of the grounds afterward. There was no damage to plywood thankfully so the end price matched the quoted price exactly. Jose, the crew foreman, did a wonderful job explaining what they found, what they did, and expectations for the life of the roof along with their 10 year warranty on their work. He also used pictures on an iPad to help show the before & after. Payment with ACH through the bank was easy for the deposit and for the final payment. Overall, extremely professional and efficient crew at a good price who did what they said they would. We will use them again for any future needs.
