Southern Woods did an amazing job refinishing our hardwood floors! The entire experience working with Southern Woods was great. They were friendly and professional. The finished floors look incredible and really update the feel of the house. We chose Early American as the stain color with the water based polyurethane. The crews worked efficiently and left no sign they were there except beautiful new floors! The dust-free refinishing really was dust-free. I was surprised by how little dust there really was after they finished. We also had Southern Woods replace the carpet in our master bedroom and they knocked that out in just a couple hours. Very efficient, professional crew. I would absolutely recommend Southern Woods for all your flooring needs!

Zac and David did a great job with my floors. They made sure to clean up after themselves and fix any issues as they arose. The customer service was great and the floors turned out perfect.

The sales team was super friendly, and the price for our flooring installation was very reasonable, that’s honestly what made us go with them. But once the work was done, we were really disappointed with how everything was left. The floors have scratches, they're uneven in spots, and they make noise when we walk on them. We were told up front that they don’t paint or caulk, which was fine, but they went way beyond that. Our walls were left with dents, scratches, and even stains. Our crown molding was pulled out of the wall, and the shoe molding they installed was cracked and poorly done. When I called to bring this up, I got the runaround, just the same response about not painting or caulking. They said someone would come out to fix the floor scratches, but it's been over a week and no one has reached out. Their website says they’re committed to 100% customer satisfaction, but that hasn’t been our experience at all. They were quick to take payment, but once the check cleared, it felt like we were ghosted. I really hoped for better.

Exceptional is the first word that comes to mind with the service I received from Southern Woods Flooring. Zac was so flexible with my renovation delays from start to finish. He went above & beyond to work with my schedule. He was always available to answer questions. And of course a big thank you to the installers for such a beautiful job! Thank you to all!

I hired Southern Woods Flooring to install and stain hardwood flooring throughout my entire house. I worked with Rob, Zach and their crew. Everyone was very professional and diligent. The quality of their work is exceptional. They only use the best quality products. They were very responsive to all of my questions and issues throughout the entire process. They stand behind their work and returned to my home for some touch up work. I was very impressed. I would use them again in the future.

I spent a lot of time researching the best companies for LVP flooring installation. Initially, I considered the large national brands, but their reviews and estimates left me unsatisfied. I decided to look into local businesses, and I'm so glad I did. Choosing Southern Woods Flooring was one of the best decisions I've ever made! From my initial consultation with Zac to the installation team's work, the entire experience was phenomenal. I needed the job done right without any regrets, and they delivered beyond my expectations. The flooring in my primary room and his/her closets looks amazing, especially considering one of the closets had a pre-installed closet system and awkward angles. The craftsmanship is top-notch. We also have an elongated triangle step leading into the master bath, which I thought would be a challenge. However, the team handled it masterfully. They didn't just install the flooring; they slightly redesign the step, due to what was underneath the carpet, adding a beautiful, upgraded elegance to the room. The team arrived on time, were pleasant and professional, and thoroughly cleaned up after the installation, including any areas where debris had traveled. My husband and I are overjoyed and constantly marvel at the great craftsmanship. We have more flooring projects planned and will only be using Southern Woods Flooring. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a great experience working with Southern Woods on redoing our floors with LVP. Rob's lifetime of experience made the process go incredibly smoothly. He had an answer for every question we had, and informed us of many things we hadn't yet considered. His knowledge made it easy for us to game plan and schedule the project. He also kept us informed each step of the way so there were no surprises. Alex and his crew did an awesome job on the install. After the first day's work we came by to check out the progress and were impressed at how neatly the space was left at the end of the day. At the end of the job Alex gave us a walk through of the house and went the extra mile to make sure our furniture was placed back where we wanted it. We are very happy with how our floors turned out and would highly recommend Southern Woods.

Tiling, carpeting and wood flooring were done. All aspects of the process was met with professionalism and quality. Couldn’t have ask for a better experience. Highly recommend Rob and his crew.

We recently had Southern Woods refinish our 20+ year old engineered hardwood floors (the one refinishing they can have done in their lifespan). They turned out beautiful and look better than new! I'm sorry I don't have any before photos but we had water damage in one corner (corner shown in photo) that was filled in with some hardwood scraps we had saved and is now undetectable. Alma and crew were efficient, careful and communicated well regarding next steps, etc. We're so glad we chose to give the engineered hardwood a longer life and are very happy with the job done by Southern Woods.

This is the second flooring project Southern Woods has done for us and we could not be happier with their work. The first project was installing engineered hardwood in our master bedroom and finishing it on site. The floor is gorgeous and we had such a good experience with the company that we called them to do another project for us. We called Zac of course, and he set up the project for us. It was labor intensive because it was the 3rd floor of a condo building so all the supplies had to be carried up the stairs. They also had to put down plywood on part of the floor and level another area before they could even begin installing the LVP. Many, many trips up and down the stairs. Also, there is not a square room in the place so that made it even more difficult with many angles. The team was friendly and very pleasant. Absolutely no complaints from anyone about the very hard work. They installed LVP in the entire upstairs of our condo — 3 bedrooms and a TV room plus various closets. They finished the job today and the entire area is beautiful! We love it! Our installers were Alex, Margarito, Abraham, Martin, Omar, Alma and Manny. Alex also worked on our first project so it was like seeing an old friend. They were all delightful, worked very hard and cleaned up perfectly. We recommend them highly and without reservation.
