These guys rock! We needed our septic pumped and fast. They said “no problem” and were there the very next day! Affordable, efficient, and their employees were very friendly. It was our first time using them, but we will always use them moving forward! Incredible service.

I had a wonderful experience! I am so happy with the service this company provided. They were able to get me scheduled immediately during the holidays. The service representative called a day ahead of schedule and was able to pump out my septic tank in less than an hour! Truly professional!

After noticing that my septic was possibly having issues, I needed someone to come out to assess the issue and give me a solution. That someone was Joe at Southern Shores Septic. Other contractors had ignored me or simply not follow-up with me, but not Joe. Joe understood my concerns and came out to assess my septic issue (also pumped my septic as it was about to overflow). It was determined that my drain fields were shot and I needed an entire new system. Joe was honest with me and answered all of my never ending questions with great detail. Joe was professional and getting my new septic system was nothing but seamless. Southern Shores Septic is also competitive in terms of pricing. As a rule of thumb I always reach out to 3+ contractors and although I got some quotes very close to my quote with Southern Shores Septic, I couldn’t forget that Joe was the one that assessed my issue and gave me a solution. With that being said Southern Shores Septic deserved my business and I am more than happy with the work they have done. Joe and Josh were absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain everything to me and thankfully they are so diligent in their work that they uncovered my box that was disintegrated from old age and were able to replace the box along with add new lids so they didn’t need digging up next time they come out to pump my septic. They basically gave me a new septic system without the cost. They also blew out my drain field to ensure everything was working the way it was supposed to be. I would hands down recommend hiring this company. They were honest from the start and didn’t try to overcharge which is such a plus with the rising cost of everything. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart for the hard work and honest pricing. I will be having them come back when it’s time for my next pumping.
