I can't say enough good things about Southern Painting! Noah came out to work up our estimate the same day I inquired, and had a crew out the next day to complete the work. The crew was professional and quick. We are very happy with the quality of the work and would use them again.

I had Southern Painting repaint the entire exterior of my 3-story stucco home in Spring Branch North, and I’m so glad I chose them. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I submitted an estimate request on their website on a Friday morning and got a call back within an hour. By Monday, Noah, the project manager, came out for the consultation. He showed up on time, looked professional, and brought a folder with FAQs that actually covered most of the questions I had already written down. He also helped me realize the paint colors listed by my builder were incorrect and worked with me to choose new colors that fit what I wanted. He even helped with the HOA application and made sure the color choices were suitable for approval. I really appreciated that they’re insured and offer a 3-year warranty. That gave me peace of mind right away. They were also very flexible while I waited for HOA approval. They tentatively scheduled my paint week but said I could reschedule or adjust colors if needed, which took a lot of stress off my plate. Once I had approval, the process moved quickly. The crew arrived each day at 8am and worked until 5pm. Day one was power washing, and the next two days they painted everything. They used three colors: one for the main stucco, one for the trim around windows and doors, and one for the garage door and wood trim. Rigo led the painting crew and did a great job communicating throughout the process. They also made sure I was happy with the work before wrapping up. They cleaned up thoroughly, which I really appreciated after past experiences with messy contractors. Noah came back the following Monday to do a final quality check before I paid anything. I loved that I didn’t have to pay until the job was fully done and I was satisfied. From estimate to completion, Southern Painting was a great choice. They made the process simple, and the results look amazing. I've already had several neighbors comment on how fresh and bright the house looks. If you need your exterior painted, especially a tall stucco home, I definitely recommend them.

Southern Painting is a true "old-town Katy, family-owned" painting company that I have been a costumer of for many years now through several projects including replacing my interior sheet rock after the winter storm, replacing my siding on my rotted chimney, and they have even built a wall and door for me turning my game room into a permanent bedroom (yay to increased home value!). However, the most impressive project they completed for me was painting my 4k+ sq foot home! When I moved in, my house needed an entire paint job including ceilings, walls, trim, stairs and doors! I had several paint companies not provide a quote to me because the job was "too overwhelming." Thomas and his team were swift to help, and also gave me great recommendations for the project that I didn't think about. They were professional, very reasonably priced, and the contractors work was very clean as they took great care of my home. I further appreciate they use good quality paint which reduces the cost of needing extra coats of paint and touch-ups. I don't write many reviews, but felt the need to highly recommend Southern Painting due to the exceptional history I have had with them!

This is the second time I have used Southern painting and again a very good experience. Really like the project manager Noah. This time was a significant painting project with new built in drawers in all bedrooms island and cabinets in master closet,, built in bar, and waining wall. Also walls to be painted in bathroom and hallway. All turned out really well. We had concerns on the paint on the waining wall but was more of an issue of how it was built by the carpenter. Southern painting wanted to make sure we were happy and worked very hard to make sure we were happy regardless of it was a wall quality issue. Thomas the owner came over and worked with us on getting it resolved using a different color that would decrease the visual imperfections. Amazing dedication in customer satisfaction. We are definitely going to call on southern painting for projects in the future.

The team at Southern Painting is top notch. Noah visited our home and took thorough notes regarding my asks. He proceeded to quote me right then. Within a week, I had a team show up at the house to paint our 23 interior doors. The team was so quiet and clean, which is important since we both work from home. A day after the work was completed, Noah visited our home to inspect the work. It’s hard to find this kind of quality service.
