I can't say enough good things about Southern Painting! Noah came out to work up our estimate the same day I inquired, and had a crew out the next day to complete the work. The crew was professional and quick. We are very happy with the quality of the work and would use them again.

I had Southern Painting repaint the entire exterior of my 3-story stucco home in Spring Branch North, and I’m so glad I chose them. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I submitted an estimate request on their website on a Friday morning and got a call back within an hour. By Monday, Noah, the project manager, came out for the consultation. He showed up on time, looked professional, and brought a folder with FAQs that actually covered most of the questions I had already written down. He also helped me realize the paint colors listed by my builder were incorrect and worked with me to choose new colors that fit what I wanted. He even helped with the HOA application and made sure the color choices were suitable for approval. I really appreciated that they’re insured and offer a 3-year warranty. That gave me peace of mind right away. They were also very flexible while I waited for HOA approval. They tentatively scheduled my paint week but said I could reschedule or adjust colors if needed, which took a lot of stress off my plate. Once I had approval, the process moved quickly. The crew arrived each day at 8am and worked until 5pm. Day one was power washing, and the next two days they painted everything. They used three colors: one for the main stucco, one for the trim around windows and doors, and one for the garage door and wood trim. Rigo led the painting crew and did a great job communicating throughout the process. They also made sure I was happy with the work before wrapping up. They cleaned up thoroughly, which I really appreciated after past experiences with messy contractors. Noah came back the following Monday to do a final quality check before I paid anything. I loved that I didn’t have to pay until the job was fully done and I was satisfied. From estimate to completion, Southern Painting was a great choice. They made the process simple, and the results look amazing. I've already had several neighbors comment on how fresh and bright the house looks. If you need your exterior painted, especially a tall stucco home, I definitely recommend them.
