Today is National Fettuccine Alfredo Day 🍝
Our middle child (and inspector-in-training) loves fettuccine Alfredo — it’s always been his favorite pasta. Unfortunately, he’s recently gone gluten and dairy-free, which means no fettuccine for him… so we’ll gladly eat some Alfredo on his behalf today.
Whether it’s pasta or houses, we’re big believers in paying attention to what goes into things — and making sure nothing important gets overlooked. 🏠😄
