William and team did an amazing job for us on an extensive project. The project including a large retaining wall, drainage repair, bed refresh and firepit. I had a specific vision in mind, which required some effort from the team to pull out of my head, but they did great! My objective was to incorporate needed hardscape into a more natural, organic landscape and the team achieved that. William listened and communicated very well. As in ANY construction based project, with changes there can be time delays and cost overruns. That is to be expected. I made several changes to the scope, which impacted finish time and cost, but William was always communicative about those changes. The only con I can mention is that my husband preferred a tighter method of scope changes and invoicing with better break down of line item pricing. I suggest attending the selection of product for continuity and color selection because color is very subjective. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly polite, attentive, helpful, and skilled. We will be using them again!

I had an incredible experience with Southeast Land Management. They built my retaining wall and installed downspouts in 3 days! They were efficient and even leveled and seeded the part of my yard I didn't have access too until now! I'm genuinely thrilled with the results and would definitely recommend them! Can’t say enough good things about this group. William came out quickly and gave me a great quote. They were able to schedule slate chip installation (and redoing my beds) within a few weeks, and finished the project in 1 day. Landing (crew lead) was awesome and kept me updated all day. Can’t reco highly enough!

Incredible work on both a residential and commercial property. Commercial property clearing was done to expectation and the residential upgrade was both designed and completed and wonderful fashion.

The team at Southeastern Landscaping did a fantastic job of replacing a rotted section of our backyard fence, seeded the backyard, built a retaining wall and created proper drainage to protect our home from future water damage. The job was completed within the promised 48 hour period. All workers were professional, friendly, and competent in their skills. I highly recommend contacting William and his team.

I had my lawn graded and drainage pipes and sod installed by this company and it is absolutely fabulous! William was extremely professional even with some hiccups along the way. They went above and beyond what I asked for and my lawn, after 3 months, still looks great. I absolutely recommend this company.

They missed an appointment on July 10 due to auto trouble. Waited a week to be rescheduled and I didn’t hear from anyone. I sent the company a text. Received a reply back stating they would come out on July 18 at 1:30pm. At 1:40pm, I received a text that they were running behind and he offered to buy me dinner. I declined the dinner and just asked that they show up. Well, sadly no one ever showed up. I sent 2 more follow up texts and never received a response. They also removed their business from Thumbtack so I could not notify Thumbtack. I have no more days to take off and no more time to waste waiting on this company. I would not recommend this company at all!! Glad to see they are not reliable before I ever had the chance to do any business with them!!!
