Southeast Forestlands LLC is pleased to offer for sale all merchantable timber located on approximately 130 acres in Tishomingo County, Mississippi. All timber is to be sold on a lump-sum basis (excluding SMZs).

All bidders will be notified by phone or email following the bid opening.
The purchaser must notify Southeast Forestlands 48 hours before harvest begins.
All roads, trails, and fences must be left in equal or better condition post-harvest. Mississippi BMP guidelines apply.
Harvest contract period not to exceed 24 months.
Seller and Southeast Forestlands assume no liability for accidents or injuries.
Landowner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
