Southbay Floorcovering Installation

I recently used Southbay Floorcovering to install vinyl flooring throughout the bottom floor of my house including my stairway. Carlos was extremely professional and kind and gave me an unbeatable quote. The service was actually the best part. Carlos and his team showed up on time and worked tirelessly to remove the carpet and tile flooring almost in one day. His staff was also very professional and kind and treated me with respect. They worked almost 12 hours straight for 3 days in a row to finish the job and I have zero complaints. Nothing was left unfinished and they even cleaned up after themselves. My belongings were all put back in the same place. Also worth nothing, any questions or concerns I had after the job was completed were answered promptly. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new flooring.

Carlos responded quickly to my request for an estimate and came out to take measurements. He said he would get back to me in a few days with the estimate but it's been almost a month without an update and does not respond to texts or calls. Don't waste your time, go with another company.
