I shopped for a hot tub at all the local dealers... I felt comfortable with Pat the second that we walked in. He understood I was just looking and was not pushy like some of his competitors. After spending all the time I needed answering question, I continued to shop. Ended up coming back in and ordering with Pat. The whole process was smooth and easy. We had a minor issue the day of delivery getting the unit running. I called pat with my concerns who had Dave out within an hour. Dave spent a TON of time going over all the inner working of the hot tub, down to the chemical process. We have been enjoying the hot tub ever since. Highly recommend working with this company.

Our hot tub jet pump stopped working. I contacted Pat at Southampton Hot Tub on Monday. He immediately got back to me and fit me in the schedule for Tuesday. Dave was on time for our service call and easily diagnosed the problem. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Our hot tub was fixed within 30 minutes. We will definitely be returning customers and I highly recommend Southampton Hot Tubs!

We had a leak in our hot tub. Dave the service technician came out to our house on time. He diagnosed the issue right away and was able to fix the problem within an hour.

Was having a problem with our hot tub and with no response from the company we purchased it from , I reached out to Southampton Hot Tub. We were given an appointment the next day, and Dave not only fixed the problem, but also explained each step, and also gave helpful tips to help with avoiding future issues. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and offered excellent customer service, which is very hard to find these days. Will definitely look into other services they provide, as we were extremely pleased and grateful!

Southampton Hot Tub has been nothing short of incredible service. From initial call talking about our issue to Dave trekking out to our home to make the fix, we are very appreciative of the help. Dave was super knowledgeable and as a new hot tub owner, he explained everything in detail in a way that even I can understand! Even went out of his way to talk about what to expect in the future and how to troubleshoot when needed, as well as preventative maintenance! Would absolutely recommend to other and will definitely call again in the future

My Hot Springs Tub had no power going to it. With the temperatures starting to drop I panicked. I called the company where I purchased the tub and had been getting it serviced but could not get anyone on the phone and did not get a call back until the following night. I decided to try Southampton Hot Tubs and I am so glad I did. Pat picked up on my first attempt at calling them. I explained what was going on and that I was worried about the tub possibly freezing if I wasn't able to get someone to come out within a couple of days to diagnose the problem. Pat told me he needed to check to see if he could get a tech out that day or the next and he'd get back to me in 30 minutes. He did! I was happily surprised when he told me a tech would be out the next morning. Dave showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had us up and running again within the hour. I highly recommend this company for responsive and friendly service. I plan on being a regular customer!

Just had the technician come out to check for a leak. I told him the leak was not in the pump area. He spent about 10 minutes talking to his boss who indicated that the tub would have to be taken to his shop to fix at a cost around three thousand. I declined and was assessed a charge of $210. I thought this was way too high for something that was just a diagnostic visit. Will not use this shop again

While we didn't end up buying a hot tub, our experience here was second to none. From our initial contact to follow-up communications and answering all of our questions, our experience at South Hampton Hot Tub was enjoyable and highly informative. If you are looking into getting a hot tub, make this your first stop as they have some fantastic options. You won't be disappointed.

Pat the owner and Dave who works for him are great guys. My hot tub was acting up and it wasn’t an easy problem to solve. They took the time to figure out the problem so they weren’t fixing things that they didn’t need to. Very happy with their service.
