Southampton Hot Tub

My experience with Southampton hot tubs was nothing but Positive. Greg, the salesman was honest and I feel gave me a fair price on my Hot Tub. The delivery on the Hot Tub came on time. the service department that came to Set it up Did an excellent job , He made sure I knew everything about the hot tub before he left .

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a good morning. Looked at other places but the genuine courtesy and in house delivery and service, made our choice easy. Christine assisted with our numerous questions and concerns and offered suggestions but wasn't pushy. Super excited for our hot tub to come! Everyone at Southampton hot tub made the decision easy to go with them.

The staff at Southampton Hot Tub did a wonderful job repairing and refurbishing my 10 year old Bullfrog hot tub! I would highly recommend them when needing service on your spa!

We had the opportunity to work with the team at Southampton hot tub on our X-2000 swim spa and Covana top. When we had maintenance issues with the top they stood with us through thick and thin to make sure it was working properly and to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this team!

Great experience! It started with an introductory call with Christine, who was very helpful. As new owners we had a dozen questions, but Christine was knowledgeable, patient and really put our mind at ease. Our technician Dave was fantastic! Not only did he do a great job with the service, but he took his time to explain the system and the things we needed to look out for. He never rushed, made sure we were comfortable with the system and left the site cleaner than he found it. Great experience, great customer service.. looking forward to working with these guys again. Highly recommended.

Dave came to our house as a repair technician and talked to us openly and honestly about our tub. He could have made a quick repair that was a bandaid and would cost us more in the long run, but he really sat us down to talk through all our options. We ended up buying a new tub with the owner in the shop who was patient and knowledgeable. Great team. We love our new tub. We bought a floor model which looked great. On delivery it was missing a few parts which the guys replaced in a week without hassle. Would buy from them again.

I had an issue with my LED lights not working in my Mira Hot Tub. Dave came out promptly, diagnosed the issue and fixed it!! he was professional, courteous and knew his job. He explained everything to me in detail and even offered some tips to help maintain my tub. Any trouble I may have with my tub moving forward (hopefully not for a long time from now lol) I will be sure to call Southampton Hot Tubs!! Based on my experience, I highly recommend!! Thanks!! We actually found them in our local Costco doing a promotion and not a bad way to buy. The biggest bonus was the install crew. They were just here with 96 degree weather removing an old hottub and putting in the new one. They were like a well oiled machine with everyone knowing what to do. Bonus is they left ZERO mess or trash behind. Awesome work!
