I had a fantastic experience with Southwest Crawlspace! Josh and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. From start to finish, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free, with great communication every step of the way! They performed a full crawlspace encapsulation along with new drainage tile for me and installed a new sump pump, backup pump, battery backup system, sump pit, water alarms, and a new hatch door. The quality of the work was great, and everything was done with precision and care. See photos for the before (just a dirt crawlspace) and after the full encapsulation. Josh and his wonderful team have been a light at the end of the tunnel during my home buying process. I bought my first house and he came to my home inspection so I’d know what to expect if I got this house. He was able to schedule my work a month sooner which was great for me. Him and the team showed up on time on day 1, with great attitudes. As a first time homeowner, everything makes me nervous and Josh helped me with a lot of my questions unrelated to my crawl space which I really appreciate. They ended up getting the work done faster than planned, and left the place clean and secured. All my concerns were addressed. I didn’t get any other quotes for the work, because I immediately felt I could trust Josh. If I had found someone ti do the work for less money I would have to worry if they’re doing everything they said they would. I wanted peace of mind and I definitely have that. I had an engineer friend of mine look over the plans and he said this work should outlast my lifetime. Point being, I feel so confidant in the work they have done for me and the quality of that work. They are such a good team, so polite friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with many other things as a new homeowner. I’m so glad they were able to schedule me in and get this work done asap so I’ll be able to get my new house set up for Christmas. My name is Terry Trueman. Recently I made a poor investment choice in a house that is about 100 years old. Needless to say, it has issue. Josh and his team came out, drew up a game plan and then set it in motion. They, did the plan they put in place as well as way more work than what was expected. And at no additional cost to myslef I may add. I had previously used another service to raise my house by they did the bare minimum. All they did was to jack the house and put wood shims onto the the original house supports. And then undid the work he did due to front door issues. Josh however, Is amazing. He charged me the same price the previous guy did. But Josh put in several Beams, footings and new posts. 7 posts all together with three beams if memory serves. Then, he even used his own time to come and do some inside repair work that was not what I originally paid him to do. Just to help me get my floor flat. This man is a blessing from God. Highly recommend his services to anyone. And yes, this is a real review.

Josh was incredible. He came and looked at our Crawlspace and gave us a few options at different price levels of what we could do to fix our problem. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. The job he did looks amazing, he was fast and explained everything he did very well. Even when we had a couple questions after the job had been done for a while he stopped by to answer them.
