A great nissan dealership with an outstanding team under a new management. There are quite a few preowned luxury cars in their inventory. Big shout out to John Rodriguez, Lloyd Vernon and all the sales managers who put the customer at the center of everything they do. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with this dealership, thanks to both the salesman Lamont Simpson and John the manager who assisted me. They did an amazing job from start to finish—very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they genuinely made sure I was comfortable with my decision. I highly recommend asking for them if you’re looking for excellent customer service and a great buying experience

It's rare that I can walk into a car dealership without the anxiety of what to expect. I had visited South Shore a few years back and left with complete disappointment. A short time ago South Shore came under new ownership. As I entered today, I was instantly at ease. The showroom was revamped and very appealing. The sales manager, Derran shook my hand welcoming me to the store. His calm and friendly character was reassuring and he asked, "How can we help you?", I said, "make me an offer I can't refuse, don't let me leave, impress me." Derran introduced me to one of the sales representatives, Lucas, a young man with complete knowledge and understanding of the various models on the floor. We sat and spoke about what I was trying to accomplish, and Lucas went right to work for me. It was clear that new ownership meant new business model. We landed a specific car that I wanted to lease and without spending unnecessary time, which I value, he went to work on it with Derran and the General Sales Manager, Danny. Lucas returned with a cold bottle of water and lease numbers for a 2026 beautiful red premium package Rogue. It took about 5 minutes to tighten up the numbers to the point where I did not need to shop around, nor would I have been comfortable at another Nissan dealership with their stale and predictable "back and forth" with my offer. I returned a few hours later after work to pick up the car. Lucas introduced me to Andy in Finance, and he streamlined the entire process. Unlike most finance managers, Andy made a few suggestions about add-ons that pertain specifically to the Rogue, and when I declined, since I had the monthly payment set in my mind, there was no "push back" as we've all come to expect from this part of the sales process. Andy and the General Sales Manager Danny thanked me for my business, we had a nice conversation before I went outside with Lucas, who demonstrated everything that I would need to know about my new car and did me the favor of connecting the Nissan app on my phone to the new car. A great experience like none other. Congratulations to the new owners, they have a great team!

Had a bit of a rocky start but in the end, after all was said and done, we are very pleased. We went in knowing the numbers and what our payments should be and Derran the sales manager made sure that we got exactly what we wanted and made sure the process went smoothly. We went in to sign papers at 6:30 on a Monday night and sat down with Andy, who also made the process quick and easy. We were in and out in a half hour and are very happy with our purchase and the outcome in the end. I highly recommend working with Derran and Andy.

I had never bought a car from a dealership before and I can honestly say this was a great first experience. Justin, Mustafa and Damon were super patient, helpful and happily willing to address any questions and concerns I had. They were also very mindful of my budget and working with me to close a deal that worked for everyone. So excited about my new car and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for one :)

5/5 stars Dorothy and Daren were great as also Mustaffa: I was impressed with South Shore Nissan. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole car buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Their pricing was competitive and the process was very convenient, from scheduling a test drive to final paperwork. I appreciated how transparent they were about pricing and vehicle history, which gave me confidence in my purchase. I would definitely recommend Dorothy to anyone looking for a new Nissan vehicle or a reliable Nissan service center.

The people are friendly but very sneaky went in to buy a vehicle got really pushed into it which doesn’t brother me it’s apart of there job. What I didn’t like is when I ask what the vehicle over all price was after discussing everything I was told a lower number then what the loan was, and to me it seem like they were keeping me from seeing the total amount even asked for my paperwork day of purchase and didn’t get it till I had to bring the vehicle back a few days later because there something wrong. There definitely some good people in there to me it seemed like because I didn’t put money down or get anything that was expensive or nice that they just didn’t care I’ve been to many dealerships not purposely but I buy a new vehicle every year and a half just was a totally different experience.

I went to South Shore Nissan for an issue I was having with Sirius XM App and the My Nissan App. Steve my Advisor and Tom my Service Technician were great they were able to sit with me in my car to look at my problems. They then figured out it was a Sirius issue. I also went to my Nissan sales person Cato. They all were very helpful and Sirius was able to fix my issues. I am now able to start my car with my phone! Thank you to all of you guys . I highly recommend the all new South Shore Nissan!!!!!

Great people work here. Danny, Andre, Raj, and Phil were all so helpful and nice. There were no games played. They’re about business and gave me a great price on my new car
