This facility and staff is incredible. Truly one of a kind — from the moment I stepped into the doorway with the receptionists, assistance and Doctors, to me leaving I was blown away. My hygienist Carrie was absolutely exceptional, welcoming, comforting (I hate going to the dentist not sure if anyone likes it 😆) and the Doctor (failing to recall his name unfortunately as this was my initial visit, but he was truly excellent) were amazing. I’ve been to multiple dentist’s over the last 6 years and I found my ‘home’ dentistry. Just outstanding. Extremely clean facility, professional care and communication from start to finish, never interrupted me or ignored what my concerns were, and I could just clearly see they really cared. Super happy I found them.

I had an amazing experience! My teeth feel and look amazing. The office is beautiful and clean. Dr. Ward walked me around the in- house denture lab which has all new equipment. I was so impressed with the custom dentures and implant things they make.

I've had a great experience at this dental office. I recently went to get a cleaning, and Austin did a great job explaining everything & making sure I was well taken care of. I also went in for a crown I needed & Adriana answered all my questions while also showing me what was being done to my tooth and as the visual learner that I am, that was very helpful!

Dr Ward is an incredible dentist. Not only does he make sure youre comfortable he also is honest. I went in with the intention of replacing all my veneers and he talked me out of it, instead recommending that I wait and save my money until it’s necessary. WHAT DENTIST DOES THAT!?!?! I highly recommend Dr Ward and his staff to anyone looking for dental care!!!

This was my first visit with this dentist and office, and I left very happy with my decision to give them a try. The office is very clean and modern while the staff is friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Carrie, was very detailed and informative as she performed my cleaning. I hopefully won't be back soon, but I'll definitely be back in 6 months for my next checkup 🦷

Today, I visited South Scottsdale Dental Care for the first time and can say- this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had (after years of orthodontists/dentist appointments). I met with Austin, who was super down to earth, and took SO much time to provide quality care. The dentist himself was also so helpful, and really took the time to explain my options. The staff was friendly, the place was beautiful, and my cleaning was nothing short of exceptional. I will be coming back as a new Arizona resident for ALL of my dental work.

First of all, no matter what you do if you are planning to get dentures make sure you have a specialist in that field. They are DENTURIST and I have to say after having so much trouble with my dentures and hadn't eaten solid foods in three years and constantly going back and having my dentist do adjustments, I was just ready to give up and wear a mask. Now I did not know that a dentist didn't do dentures well in my case they don't. Enter into my life the Denturist. My husband did alot of networking and talking to other people that this person's name kept coming up and his assistant. Let me introduce the best DENTURIST ever, ERIC and his assistant CARLOS. What took 3 years and still not right, took ERIC 3 visits and my teeth are just great. Eric is a perfectionist and when he ask me about issues and I told him what problems I was having., he had my teeth perfect in 3 visits and very short app. times. So knowledgeable. I will never go to another person for my dentures. I know you are thinking why did we wait 3 yrs. Well number 1 we didn't know there was a specialist that did dentures and no. 2 we had faith in our dentist and we added post to my mouth and so on. He really tried but just not his field. I just can't begin to tell you how i felt when Eric said all done. I just kept smiling, something I hadn't done for a very long time. Eric I can't even begin to Thank you enough for giving me my life back, I am working on smiling more and I will never go anywhere else but South Scottsdale Dental Care.Thank you Eric and Carlos and Dr. Jeffery Ward. I have been going to Dr. Ward for more than 20 years since Tempe Dental was over by the Fry’s at McClintock and Guadalupe. Followed him to his new South Scottsdale Dental location because I did not want to start with a new dentist and I have to tell you his new office is even better! Been in for two cleanings so far and it’s great. They were running a little behind on Friday when I was in but were very apologetic. Highly recommend South Scottsdale Dental if you are looking for a dentist.

Went in for a cleaning, dental hygienist Austin and Dr. Ward did a great job, very patient and gentle with the cleaning. Took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. They were very friendly and warm. I will be back to get a cleaning from him again in 6 months. I highly recommend requesting Austin for a cleaning.

I had such a great first experience at South Scottsdale Dental Care. First off, Hutton is so pretty and so kind rite when you walk in the door. Then Carrie, who was the dental assistant, was so relatable and such a strong woman. Also, very pretty. And finally, Dr. Ward was also very nice. It seemed like everyone there was on the same page and they all enjoyed what they do. I highly recommend this dentis office!
