Called through CAA for a flat tire, the guy tried to blame the lugnuts being an odd size for him not having the right sockets to remove them. The lugnuts are a standard size from a pack at Canadian Tire that fit a standard crossbar no problem, I know because I replaced them not that long ago. He stripped one of the nuts and left me stranded. I also had to show him a YouTube video on getting the spare down, and then had to show him how to free the rusted clips. He was a young guy, but he shouldn't be out on the road alone and under equipped and he definitely shouldn't be lying about standard nut sizes to cover for his lack of preparation, never got his name. Update: the second driver from another company arrived and removed the tire with a crossbar with no problem.
