Mike and team did a great job. Delivered on all promises. We are veterans of pool tile blasting which normally provides good results but with incredibly messy beads or other media left for the owner to clean up. Mike and Team provided very good results and cleaned up EVERYTHING, hosing all areas of the patio, exposed furniture, bar area and ground cover. Separately they pressure washed walks, driveway and residual paint from ATT and street contractors from our drive, curb and sidewalk. That clean up included wiping down front door, any glass and custom made garage door. When we have more work to do, it will be provided by South Bay. We were not prompted for this review, it just had to be published based on results.

I brought an older yard ornament to South Bay Surface Restoration to have the rust removed, so that I could repaint it, and give it to my wife for Christmas. I called on a Monday, brought the ornament to Scott at South Bay Surface Restoration that same day, and the ornament was ready that afternoon. Scott then took the ornament to a local paint shop, and the job was completed on Tuesday afternoon, in plenty of time for Christmas. Finding someone professional and honest to clean your pool tiles is not easy. I am so pleased with the beautiful job South Bay Surface Restoration did in one day! Our pool is 21 years old so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The pool tiles look like new again. If your pool tiles need some TLC, these folks are the ones you should call.

I've been looking for a company that could remove the 10 years of calcium build-up in my pool without damaging it or draining it, and I finally found South Bay Surface Restoration. "Hallelujah!!" They did a fabulous job and treated the tile to reduce and inhibit the build up. They use salt instead of glass beads that can damage tile and necessitate draining the pool. They spent as much time cleaning up the area as they did blasting the calcium. I was super impressed and will be using them every few years to keep on top of the pool. I highly recommend. (They are also very reasonably priced)

Mike and crew did an outstanding job of fixing a problem someone else created for us in our backyard - a slippery and dangerous surface around our pool. They worked as efficiently and cleanly as possible (spoiler: some of these jobs are messy, so be ready), hit the target completion time, and worked with an eye on detail. I don't review companies often, but they stood out to me as a group that deserves it.

Mike and his team helped us clean the smoke stains on attic framing caused by a fire and sealed all the attic areas with odor killer primer. He is very professional, very easy to communicate and detail orientated. After his cleaning and sealing work, our attic looks brand new and there is no smoke smell at all. We'd like to have a special clear primer applied, however, this primer is not available in most local paint stores. Mike called many paint stores to get the stock information, and visited a few stores to finally get all the primer that we need. Thank you Mike so that we can have such a stunning result! South Bay Surface Restoration did a fantastic job removing calcium from my pool water line tile.

Mike and the folks from South Bay Surface Restoration did an amazing job on our pool tiles. The tiles were unreadable from decades of deposits. After Mike's crew came through, the tiles all look brand new! I wish I had taken photos before the work started to show the contrast. I highly recommend these guys if you need surface restoration.
