Chloe is the best for speech therapy. My son loves her. He hates doing speech, but having Chloe as his therapist makes it bearable and even fun. She brightens up his day when he’s in a bad mood. They play fun games together and she gets him laughing. He’s made great progress with her. Lovely clean office space. Friendly front desk. Easy parking. And they take Cigna! It’s a gem of a place!

Best Service I got my Phonak 90 here that’s a $2k cheaper than Kaiser Permanente where I have my insurance. They followed up on me . My hearing aid warranty ended last week but they’re very updated with helping me secure the best for my Hearing aid . I strongly and will always patronize this clinic

We have been working with Sound Speech and Hearing for about 3 months now. My son has improved so much with his speech and it’s even improved his confidence at school and at home! The team is quick with communication and ensures all questions are answered. I love seeing all ages in and out of the office- they are true professionals for EVERYONE’S sound and speech needs! We love Molly! She is so prepared for us every week and always has fun and engaging games and challenges for my son to do. He really looks forward to their weekly sessions. The whole team is fabulous and I can’t recommend them enough.

This appointment was for my 7 year old autistic granddaughter. We were greeted professionally and had a very brief wait time. The office was spacious enough to feel comfortable. The Speech pathologist was very engaged with Hope and she related very easily. The visit was brief and to the point which meant Hope was not kept in a room for a long time.

I’ve been wearing hearing aids since 2010, though I needed them many years sooner. The hearing, speech and sound clinic I had been going to since 2010 was no longer in business. Very sad because after 5 years, my hearing aids were at the end of their serviceable file. After searching for a new clinic, I was fortunate and lucky to have come upon, “Sound, Speech & Hearing” clinic. I was greeted professionally and had a very brief wait time. The waiting area and office was spacious enough to feel comfortable. My appointment with Dr. Morganne Frampton was very thorough and comprehensive. I was treated with respect, kindness and felt very well taken care of. Through the examination and hearing test Dr. Morganne Frampton noticed a perforation in my left ear drum. Which was never pointed out to me before and would explain why I didn’t hear as well from my left ear with my old hearing aids. As I walked out from my 1st visit I actually did a little jump for joy, as best as I could as an elderly male!!! Note: My picture is a younger version of me! I knew I had found a new home! I couldn’t wait to receive my new hearing aids and when I did receive the notice to come for my second visit, I was not ready for what happened on my 2nd visit. I expected the same wonderful and awesome service I received on the first visit! BUT to exceed it, was beyond comprehension. WOW what an awesome organization. I hope I am able to express the joy and happiness that I felt while writing this review. Loving every second of my new hearing aids. I did come in for a 3rd visit to make a few adjustments and again, exceeded my very high expectations!!!!!!

We had an excellent experience at the Sound Speech and Hearing Clinic. The staff is incredibly professional and compassionate, making our visit comfortable and stress-free. Their thorough assessments and effective treatments have significantly improved my kid performance. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of speech or hearing care.

Evaluation for our toddler was far less stressful than I thought it was going to be. They were extremely patient and gentle with him. Highly recommend this location for any hearing evaluations for toddlers specifically.

I'd highly recommend Sound Speech and Hearing. Melissa Wilson Beer is an excellent doctor: she is especially great with my 6-year-old daughter (calming, patient, caring) and has provided top-notch service with real attention to detail. We went to Sound Speech and Hearing after my daughter was first diagnosed with hearing loss. She conducted a full exam, created a custom mold and worked with us to find the right ear piece for the hearing aid. After a few months, though, my daughter asked to switch out her pediatric piece for an adult-size option. Melissa helped create another custom piece (and worked with the manufacturer to build it) so my daughter was comfortable and confident with her hearing aid. My daughter now wears her hearing aid daily and most importantly, feels good about it. I am very grateful for this practice and the exceptional level of service.

We love Sound Speech Clinic! Dr. Melissa Beer took wonderful care of my 98 year old grandma, who has significant hearing loss and needed help with her hearing aids. We had been to dozens of appointments at a different clinic; my grandma was having issues with her new hearing aids and that other clinic could not resolve the issue. My Grandma was feeling sad and frustrated -- until we found Sound Speech! Dr. Beer was patient, gentle, and effective. She ran some diagnostics on the devices and adjusted the settings. I was impressed with her ability to diagnose and quickly fix the issue. And the way she listened to my Grandma. She spent a lot of time with us and was very attentive. She helped my Grandma find an ear piece that felt more comfortable. We're big fans of Sound Speech -- thank you for helping our family!

Our son was recently diagnosed with a couple learning disabilities that we wanted further testing on. Unfortunately we do not have anywhere in our area to service families like ours. Although we were very fortunate to be referred to the Sound, Speech and Hearing clinic. The staff is very warm, helpful, loving, sensitive and kind. They worked for us and with us in this process. Their environment is welcoming and comfortable. The audiologist, Melissa Wilson-Beer is awesome. She talked with us with compassion and understanding. She was great with our son too. I feel very comfortable with her diagnosis and know that I could go to them for further support if needed.
