Alterations 3 Hr Workshop - April 30th $85
This long awaited workshop will help you get started on working on your own alterations, clothing repairs and intro to reconstruction.
In this 3 hour workshop, students can bring clothing pieces to learn how to fix, mend or alter while learning from each other’s pieces. Demonstration will be given in the following: patching, sewing on buttons, zipper replacement, hemming and intro to reconstruction, while having time to start working on your pieces.
Requirements: Must know how to Thread and use the Sewing Machine. Sewing Experience is Required.
Bring your own notebook and pencil recommended. Please bring Pins, Seam Ripper, Tape Measure and Sewing Shears, also available for purchase in the shop. KN-95 or N95 Facemasks required to be worn during the 3 hours.
