Empower Yourself in 2023 and Learn How to Sew!
Sewing is creative, therapeutic, self-rewarding, enhances the brains ability to generate new brain cells, can lower blood pressure, builds self confidence, helps to express individuality, and supports mental health.
Students in Beginners Sewing Classes learn some of the basic parts and how to use the sewing machine while maintaining seam allowances using hand, eye and foot coordination. Students learn to sew two practical and very useful sewing projects.
Sew, come relax, unwind and learn this fun lifeskill in sewing.
