The clinic is beautiful, with all staff members being kind and helpful. They explain every question I have. My family and I've been receiving treatment from Dentist Juliane for years now; she's incredible. She always cares about my well-being, making sure I’m comfortable and not in pain during procedures. Her gentle touch is remarkable. She explains all treatments before starting, which I really appreciate. Juliane is a fantastic professional—always calm, detail-oriented, and smiling and polite. Even if you don't like to go to the dentist, like me, it's always a positive experience with her. Thank you.

After not visiting a hygienist for 3 years I had an appointment with Harry today. It was probably the best dental experience I have ever had. So much so, I can say I am genuinely looking forward to returning after having recieved some very good comphrehensive advice and valuable information from Harry about how to better care for my teeth. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and I could tell he genuinely wants to help people look after themselves. This is something I have not previously experienced at a dentists. He did a fantastic job and I am over the moon with how he has left my smile. Harry is an absolute credit to your clinic! And for that reason I will be signing up and coming in for a regular check up. I had my first session today with the owner Dilan, it genuinely could not have been a better experience. From when I arrived I could tell I would be treated well, the lighting was dim and there was a candle lit which was relaxing. The receptionists we're both incredibly friendly and helpful with explaining treatment prices and getting booked in. I went in for a deep clean after having not been to a dentist for a while and Dilan was so understanding and patient, the procedure was thorough but gentle and he stopped at intervals to ensure my comfort. After the cleaning he explained the plan going forward, the costs and was even flexible regarding joining as a patient due to me having an NHS dentist for general dentistry. I booked in a review for a 2nd opinion on something and received a discounted price due to the small time it will take to check which was very much appreciated. I honestly cannot find a fault with my visit and will definitely be coming back!

From the moment I walked into the practice I was greeted with a smile and an attentive receptionist, I saw Harry the hygienist first. He was extremely comforting as I was a little apprehensive having not been to the dentist in a short while. He took his time to explain everything to me and was very gentle but thorough with his work, the best clean I have ever had! I had an exam with Dilan straight after, and again the level of attentiveness to my dental concerns and goals, the re-assurance and the depth of explanations that he offered was second to none. I am extremely happy with the service I have received so far, and I would recommend to anyone!

I took my niece for teeth filling at Sorriso and Dr Dilan & Farina his assistant were super amazing with her. Dr Dilan took his time to make her feel comfortable and explained the process to her before starting it. He explained it to her, demo it and got her involved in the process by asking her to hold the tools for him and give to him when required. This helped her to relax for the filling. I couldn't be more impressed, I'll highly recommend Dr Dilan for any kid's dental procedure. He's very good with kids.

I visited the Sorriso Design clinic due to a toothache, and I was attended by Dr. Dylan. He was exceptionally attentive, very patient, and thoroughly professional. He answered all my questions in detail and took the time to ensure I was comfortable, without any rush. He made all the necessary adjustments and even paused so I could breathe properly since I have some difficulty breathing through my nose. He was very kind and put me at ease the entire time. I’ve also consulted with Dr. Juliane there, who is equally excellent. One phrase from Dr. Dylan that really stuck with me was when he said, “I treat my patients as if I were treating a member of my own family, so it’s very important to me to do an excellent job.” I highly recommend both of them!
