I want to thank Ron for his kindness and compassion during such a difficult time. From the very first phone call, he treated me with genuine empathy and understanding. He made the entire process feel personal and respectful, and I could tell he truly cares about the families and pets he helps. I’m very grateful for the care and respect he showed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend his services.

From the first call to pickup Ron made us feel comforted and reassured that our sweet guinea pig, Norabel, would be in good hands. Norabel was my daughter’s first and favorite guinea pig. She passed unexpectedly and we knew we wanted her home in the house with us. We never heard of Aquamation before this month but Ron was informative in teaching us about the process and he cares so much about his craft. His compassion and gentle approach for caring for deceased pets is heart warming. The death of a beloved pet is a very sad and stressful time but trust in Soothing Streams to make the process as easy and comforting as possible! Visited this business with a friend who recently lost a pet as moral support , but also because aquamation is something I'm interested in when my pets pass. Petra greeted us, talked us through what we could expect and any special wishes, and gave us a tour of the facility. Petra was so compassionate and kind to us. I'll definitely be keeping this business in mind and referring friends to it in the future.

My crested gecko, Kevin, passed away very unexpectedly. I toured this facility as a part of a school group with my college and I thought it was an amazing option for after life. I've never been too fond of cremation as the thought of flames just seems really harsh. Upon finding out my boy had passed, I immediately knew that I wanted him aquamated, I reached out rather late in the evening and was expecting a response the next day, but Ron responded that night! He was extremely kind and spoke to me like a friend which made this process much easier. I asked for a foot print and since Kevin was so tiny, they couldn't promise but they said they'd surely try. When I received the ashes I also received not one, but multiple little foot prints and prints of his little body! I also received his ashes very quickly. I am beyond happy and grateful for Soothing Streams for taking care of my sweet Kev, I recommend them to anyone who is considering cremation, as aquamation is quite similar but a much gentler option! Thank you so much to Ron and his amazing services he provided :) I will return whenever the time comes for my other pets as my first experience was more than amazing!

Losing a fur baby is never easy! Ron and Nick were so genuine and compassionate. Speaking with Ron was like speaking with an old friend. Wish we had met under different circumstances. They took good care of our beloved, 20 year old Cammie!! I would not hesitate to recommend Ron and Nick at Soothing Streams. The urn has a place where you can put a picture. Grateful for the paw and nose print and tuft of fur. Sincerest thanks for everything!! We appreciate all you guys did! ❤️

It’s very hard to lose a fur baby and Nick with Soothing Streams was so very kind and sweet. When I came in balling my eyes out, after loosing my Boston Terrier of 16 years, Nick was so very compassionate and professional. I’ve never had a pet cremated before and he explained the entire process and took very good care of my Butus. I received his ashes back within a week along with his 🐾 print and a tuft of his fur. I highly recommend Soothing Streams. UPDATE: Wasn’t expecting to see them again so soon but 3 weeks later I lost my cat Millie. At this point, I had no more tears to shed but Nick was so very kind. They took very good care of her and I received her ashes very quickly - less than a week.

We sadly & suddenly lost our sweet boy gizmo after almost 10 years with him on 12/16/2024. During the worst possible time in my life, just days before Christmas I was calling everywhere looking for the perfect place for our boy, preparing for him to pass at home when my sister found soothing streams online and I sent an email since it was after hours. Ron called me almost immediately and gave me all the details. He was kind and compassionate, even over the phone. We lost our boy 4 hours after I spoke to him. The next day we loaded him up for one last car ride and headed to soothing streams. We were met with a smiling, warm face and the upmost kindness. I guess he could tell I was so nervous to leave him so he walked us through and showed us the entire process start to finish that he would go through. As weird as it is to say, I left there that day with an extreme amount of peace in my heart as I knew we made the right choice in places for afterlife care. I can't thank them enough for their kindness, compassion and overall genuine respect for our sweet boy! We pick up his ashes in about 20 minutes and Ill be so happy to have my baby back home.

I had my girl Domino cremated by Soothing streams. He was compassionate and the office was very soothing. I had mentioned I wish I could keep her two teeth so I could make some jewelry with it and some fur I kept. When I picked up my girl he had the teeth. I was amazed and am very thankful to this day - a year and a half later. I kade a keychain with ashes and her tooth and a bracelet with some of her ashes. I write this review as I wait for my 18 year old girl Dixie to let me know its time - and know I will be needing Soothing Streams services again soon.

Thank you so much to Soothing Streams Pet Services for their excellent care and compassion during one of the most difficult processes anyone has to go through. Ron was so professional and caring through it all. He asked questions about my boxer Odin, let me spend an extra moment with him before we left, and reassured me multiple times that he was in good hands. It really was one of the best experiences I could have asked for during such a hard time. No one ever wants to say goodbye to their best friend, but when the time comes, I would HIGHLY recommend Soothing Streams.

I would like to thank Nick and Ron at Soothing Streams for helping make this difficult time a little easier. This being the first pet I have lost since I was a small child, I was not sure what my options were and I found soothing streams. They walked me through the process, and were very thorough and compassionate. I highly recommend them. I miss Alli dearly but have these wonderful things to remember her.
