On June 2, 2025, Son’s Chimney performed a pellet and wood stove cleaning service. Payment was made in full upon completion of the work. Prior to the cleaning, the pellet stove was functioning optimally, being only a few years old and in excellent condition. Consequently, it was a significant surprise when we attempted to use it in late September, particularly since my elderly mother resides with us and requires warmth. The stove initially started but subsequently shut off.
We promptly contacted Son’s Chimney to inform them of the issue with the pellet stove and emphasized the presence of an elderly individual in our household.
I was deeply disappointed with the extended time frame for the scheduled follow-up appointment for service that was provided in June 2025. However, today, Matt visited my residence to rectify the issue with my pellet stove, and his professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy were exceptional. He also took the time to provide me with detailed explanations regarding the specific features of my model. Ultimately, I am satisfied with the outcome of the work performed and will certainly utilize their services again. Thank you, Matt.
