Sonoran Sun was great! I had a new AC unit installed just days after my initial diagnostic appointment. The communication was great and they provided different options based on different budget needs. Would highly recommend, buying a new unit isn’t fun but they made the process smooth.

Gage, the owner, did an amazing job figuring out why my a/c was not working. And it wasn’t that easy!! You could call him with the utmost confidence that he will be fair. He was the second opinion as the 1st company I called said I needed a new unit! I knew that wasn’t right as the a/c was only 5 years old. I was totally satisfied with his work!!

The Tech was very polite and professional. He introduced himself and asked for permission to enter the house. He had protective shoes with him to protect the flooring. I would highly recommend this company if they are sending out Techs of this nature.

It’s every homeowners’s worst nightmare in Phoenix… AC PROBLEMS! But the guys Sonoran Sun made it a breeze (wink wink). They diagnosed the issue quickly and showed us photos of everything and helped us understand our options, so we could stay within budget. The price for replacement was very fair, and they even threw in a smart thermostat. I was surprised at the turnaround, they were able to completely replace the old unit with a new one in one day and will come back next season to service. 10/10 would recommend (and have).

I recently had a new AC system installed, and I cannot say enough about how positive the entire experience was. I called Sonoran Sun at 5pm on a Friday, they were here within the hour. My a/c unit was blowing hot air (99 degrees inside my house). Gage was able to diagnose the issue and fix it within minutes. He was also letting me know how to properly use the thermostat I know nothing about. Greatly appreciate their quick response and great service. Awesome company. Very knowledgeable and honest! Highly recommend.
