Our customer wanted her fence washed and sealed along with its hardware. With further inspection we knew the fence would need more care then usual. With black mold covering the whole length we applied a wood safe mildew and mold killer, we then washed every bit off for a clean slate. There was no avoiding the removal of stain the mold had taken so we gave it a whole fresh look with an all in one waterproof and UV seal stain. This new stain will keep all mold away and have her fence last longer against the elements.
