I hired SO’M Tiling & Plumbing to renovate our bathroom, a complete redesigning including installing a new walk-in shower and custom tiling for the niche—and the results are fantastic. Scott was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled at what he does. He’s paid close attention to detail, especially with the tiling work which turned out beautifully. The new shower looks sleek and modern, and everything functions perfectly. We’re thrilled with the outcome and would definitely use him again for future projects

We had 2 leaking loos and a dripping tap. Scott diagnosed the problems swiftly, bought replacement parts at a sensible price, fitted and checked them quickly and didn’t charge an extra call out rate on his return. Scott is friendly and trustworthy.

We had tiling and some plumbing completed by Scott. From the start he was listening to our requirements and expectations and he wanted to give us a premium feeling bathroom, which we feel we have got. He explained how he would take time to plan the pattern of the floor tiles and absolutely nailed it and doing the tiles on the diagonal cannot of been easy. The brick pattern is also perfectly executed around a tricky half wall and window. I would strongly recommend him for anyone wanting a great, high quality finish on their room. He was also keen to ensure that he allowed enough time to complete our work before going on to other clients and communicated well with us through the project. An absolute legend.

I got Scott in to do my kitchen and utility room. In the kitchen we had tiling done on the walls and in our utility room we had tile flooring installed. Me and my wife were extremely happy with his work. Very professional, clean and tidy. I would definitely use Scott again and would recommend him to friends and family.

I got Scott in to replace a bathroom sink and a faulty shower valve, and I couldn’t be happier with the work. He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The new sink looks great and the shower now works perfectly with no leaks or pressure issues. He kept everything clean and made sure I was happy with the job before he left. Had some tiles replaced around the bath and two new radiators fitted. Minor jobs that some companies who claim that no job is too small couldn’t even be bothered to reply. Scott however, responded immediately and was more than happy to help. He kept me updated so I always knew what was happening and always arrived on time.
