*Edit* since writing this review there has been correspondence back and fourth and they have agreed to return my deposit in the end.
DO NOT USE!
I hired a car from here and it was all okay until one of the tyres went flat. I looked closer and it had been worn right down. I only had this car 2 days so know it couldn't have been me. I followed the correct steps by letting them know and they sent a truck out to recover me. I got a new car for the rest of my rental and returned it with no problems.
I hadn't heard from them but they still had my deposit. I emailed them to ask about it and they hit me with an invoice for 4 new tyres totalling 773,25€! As well as other hidden costs totalling at €890.
They can only discuss this over email as apparently it's a different department. This is not honest or fair business. I would recommend avoiding. There are lots of other car rentals in the area.
If the company changes it's stance and discusses this with me I will amend my review accordingly.

Excellent service! Everything went smoothly, even a flat tire was no problem. Deposit refunded within 2 days. I’ll definitely rent here again! See you soon ;)
