Brand new build in Matthews and the fridge showed up DOA from the factory. Solo technician diagnosed a bad control board the builder should have caught, swapped it on site, and saved me from weeks of arguing with customer service. First-time homeowner win.

To start off, service was good. Tech found the issue and “fixed” it quickly. My issue is the misguidance in the price. Was quoted $79.99, but when they left it was $93.xx. There was a $10 “little service fee”, that was never told to us. Don’t like the deception. Should’ve been told from the beginning. Yes it’s only $10, but the issue is the hiding and not being up front.
