This company was timely on answering and scheduling, but that’s the only good thing I have to say. The technician came out to diagnose what was wrong with my washing machine, faulty bearings on an old machine (My machine was working well other than being absurdly loud). He left and said it would take maybe 4-5 days to get the parts. Didn’t hear from them for about a week, until I sent an email inquiring when to expect repairs. I was called the same day and was scheduled within 2 days. When he came back, he tore the machine apart to do the work, only to find that he ordered the wrong size bearings. He left the machine taken apart, told me 2 days max. He said he would call to schedule. Two days later he showed up, without an appointment scheduled and I was at work, unable to answer. The company had me marked as a no call no show on a scheduled appointment. I had to call the company and schedule him for the next day. He came within the window he was scheduled. I was working and had my adult daughter FaceTime me so I could make sure the machine was working, which it was, without noise. That evening when I got home my daughter said after I hung up with her, he stayed and tinkered around a bit more before leaving in a hurry. I tried to do laundry the next morning and the washer wouldn’t even turn on. I had my boyfriend look at it. The tech had taken the screws that hold the top on and had left the inside wires unplugged and disabled. I had called earlier in the day to have them come back out but they couldn’t come out the same day, scheduled for the day after. Once I found he left the wires unplugged I called back and refused to allow the tech to come back. Hire at your own risk but I definitely feel this was left disabled on purpose, as I also now have an error code showing up that was never there previously.
