Solent Water

Marc installed a new reverse osmosis system for us two years ago. He also looks after our softener. Whenever an issue arises they make time to come out promptly and the service is always friendly, both from him and from Allison in the office. I was prompted to write this by a recent experience of a component failing. It was out of guarantee but not at a reasonable lifetime. He negotiated with the supplier on our behalf and got a gratis replacement.

Marc has just fitted a new watersoftener for us. He also gave his time to identify and rectify the cause of restricted flow in our water system. Thank you Marc. Very much appreciated.

Marc and his office staff are always very friendly, and have been more than happy to call in to take a look at any problem, arrange a time to fix, and stick to that time, with a reasonable price to boot! Update September 2024: Marc came out to take a look at my water softener after almost a year of perfect operation, really only to set my mind at rest after it was disconnected for four weeks while our kitchen was renovated! It was very reassuring to have Marc double check the work that has been done, make some minor modifications to the drainage system, flush my softener through (regen?), and test the hardness of my water afterwards. Marc visited the day after I called, and was so very thorough, and explained exactly every step! I always try to look for smaller local businesses, and I always check for Facebook recommendations, and Google reviews. Fantastic service Marc and team!
