Marc installed a new reverse osmosis system for us two years ago. He also looks after our softener. Whenever an issue arises they make time to come out promptly and the service is always friendly, both from him and from Allison in the office. I was prompted to write this by a recent experience of a component failing. It was out of guarantee but not at a reasonable lifetime. He negotiated with the supplier on our behalf and got a gratis replacement.

Marc has just fitted a new watersoftener for us. He also gave his time to identify and rectify the cause of restricted flow in our water system. Thank you Marc. Very much appreciated.
