I ordered online and received a call within 24 hours to schedule, I was able to upsize to a larger container over the phone. Lucy was very helpful, she kept me updated on when I could expect it to be delivered via text and that so convenient for me since it didn’t interrupt my workday with phone calls. Both the drop off and pick up drivers were wonderful, giving me tips on how to pack it efficiently, and Dominic emailed me a copy of the invoice within a week of pick up.
