We are very impressed with the service that Ed and his team has provided. His initial visit was on the same day that we contacted him to discuss battery storage.His explanation and assessment of our needs was spot on. He recommended the Franklin system but there was no pressure of sales that we have experienced with other companies. We were notified promptly when the batteries arrived and they were installed within a week. The installers were very pleasant and very competent. Excellent explanation of the installation and safety features. The units are very neat and the installation fits the house well. We have had the batteries installed for a week now and have really noticed the savings. Watching how the whole system works on the app makes you feel in control of your electricity. We have no hesitation in recommending Ed and his team.

I am very pleased with my 8kw system installed by SOLARGENTAS recently. Edward was incredibly prompt and informative, with unbiased and honest information about the systems that he could supply. Installation was very efficient, the team were courteous and professional. The inverter is snug under the house with very tidy wiring. My best one day production on 23 February was 56kwh, a great result for an 8.07 kw system in southern Tasmania. I am fortunate to have a north facing roof, so am very happy to have such an efficient system. I have since removed a pipe that was casting a shadow on the system, so I am hoping for even greater results. Edward and Christine came over and inspected my house carefully. They provided 3 quotes with detailed infomation. I ended up going with a Tesla Powerwall 3 with REC460. They encouraged me to go high quality. They came back to site after the install to check that I was happy and the system was installed to specifications. Compared to the two other companies, that quoted the same Chinese cheap stuff, and did the quotes over the phone - these guys were streets ahead. I STRONGLY recommend going with these guys over the main players in Hobart right now.

Ed is the most professional person we have contacted regarding having Solar. I would recommend him in a heart beat. He really understands the business of Solar. He is not trying to sell himself, as a lot of the salesmen are. Ed explained the benefits of Solar, walked us through the process of the installation, and took the time to answer any of our questions. He even suggested we contact another Solar Sales Company to get a quote, and if it was lower, he would endeavour to match it. This in itself shows the confidence he has in the products he is representing and selling. He took the time to help us navigate the Brighte loan application The installation team were second to none, excellent tradesmen, and I couldn’t believe how fast they had our Solar panels on and working. The Team at Solargen did a great job installing and commissioning the panels and battery setup at my place. Very efficient in the installation of the system. Minor glitches due to my remote location and difficulty in accessing my site ( I live on an island) were dealt with in a competent and professional manner. Very happy with the outcome.

They are very nice people, very professional, respectful, timely and exceptional in their support for families who are rural, in the north of the state with limited internet options. We were having trouble finding someone to install solar for us in remote Zeehan. However as soon as I made an enquiry to Solargen-Ed travelled down here to see us. He advised us wisely and honestly without any pushy salesmanship. Solar has now been installed- within a matter of weeks and what a lovely group of workers he has-who went above and beyond to help us . Couldn’t recommend more highly- 6 stars to Ed and his team!

I had a different but great experience with Solar Gen. I booked to have solar installed on my roof and paid Solar Gen a five thousand dollar deposit. Due to some health issues I had to take time off work and needed to postpone the install. Not only did Solar Gen happily refund me the deposit, it was done at Ed's suggestion when I told him how I was going. Nice to deal with real people who care about real people. Once I'm sorted, I'll definitely be going back to get Ed and his team to do my solar.

Great company, really good people,go all out to help you and the installation was professional and quick. Plus a problem from initial supplier sorted quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.
