I called ahead & received a quote of $200 over the phone after giving my vehicle year, make, and model. I emphasized it was a passenger van. I arrived at the shop & was told $180. I said okay. The lady in the front wrote up the service order with $180 on it, we both walked outside to the van & then she changed the price to $220. I asked why & was told because of my vehicle & I could wait 30 minutes for the owner. The lady was very unprofessional & this establishment seems bootleg. Save your time and the drive. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.
Response to owner: As a small business owner of two businesses, once a quote is given over the phone and/or onsite, it should be honored. Furthermore, if the year, make, and model was asked for over the phone, it is assumed it would be use for research purposes in order to give an accurate quote. Asking for information that's not going to be used is pointless. Yes, you'll have been in business for a while with multiple owners of the same first name but different last name and you'll rating on multiple platforms are not great.
