Sohnne has garnered a 2 star rating, only because the product itself was of good quality, otherwise it would have been a 1 star. I placed an order for an Eames chair on November 26, 2024. Shortly after that, I received notification that the item would be delayed by 2 weeks. I was ok with that. It was then continuously delayed until I requested the order to be cancelled on Jan. 5, 2025. I was told the item had shipped and I would be compensated for the delay and I could inspect the item when it arrived. If I was not satisfied at that time I could return it. The item finally did arrive on January 21, and while the quality was good, the chair was quite short for me (even though I had ordered the tall version). I contacted them again and requested a return. I was advised this would be very expensive for me and I was offered a credit for my next purchase and a slight discount. Multiple emails ensued until I finally accepted the discount as it was clear they were not going to offer a refund. The refund they finally did send was less than what they had initially promised, but I was too frustrated to continue on. In total, 24 emails were exchanged and the solution was not satisfactory. In short, the product you order MAY be ok for you, but if it is not they will not work to make it right. Buyer be ware! They are not a scam company (ie. you will eventually get a product) but they are extremely difficult to work with and do not care about customer satisfaction. Roll the dice ;)
