Fast and quick service! Got here around 10:30am and waited about 45min. We got the galbi patty melt and their breakfast sandwich. Also plus the matcha latte and banana oat matcha drink. The total was about $32.

Very happy with our Barcelona chairs, though we had to wait 6 weeks for them. The day after I ordered them, I received an email stating the chairs were out of stock. I called to inquire about the delay and was told the chairs needed to be manufactured and shipped - from China. The chairs eventually arrived and they are gorgeous. Worth the wait.

Appalling customer service and shipping. I ordered my couch a long time ago and was told it would take 5-6 weeks for it to be made and sent. Later I was told 3 weeks ago that my couch was going to be shipped immediately only for them to tell me they didn’t ship it until last week and now have an updated timeline of 5-6 weeks. This is utterly insane. I ordered my couch in early August and it looks like it’s going to take 3 months instead of the 3 week I was told! A support person offered to expedite for an increased price and when I responded saying I wanted to do so they ignored me so I assumed it had already been shipped, but like I said earlier they had been doing nothing with it for 3 weeks! I’m legitimately thinking this company is a scam and will never send my couch.

Everything went smooth. Product arrived in great shape and looks exactly like the photos. Had a small issue with payment and they fixed it quick. Def recommend Sohnne.

I recently ordered a chair here and the color was not as described. So I called them up about exchanging for a different color. At first they replied but after sending pictures of the box the chair come in and bar codes all has gone silent. I’ve tried quick chats, phone calls with call back number, WhatsApp, and emails. But for some reason no one will get back to after repeatedly asking! I would not suggest anyone order anything from this company until they get their customer service straightened out!

I ordered an Eames Chair six weeks ago asking for a specific delivery date that came and went with out a delivery. Initially they offered to make it right with a rebate and a rescheduled delivery. But when I called to confirm they said it shipped even though I was getting in house set up and the tracking number showed the order was still being processed. Then they stopped responding. To my phone calls website chats and emails. This was a scam all along. Took off two days of work to receive a delivery that was never coming. Called my credit card company and they are investigating it as a fraud claim. Everything you read about unresponsive or dishonest customer service is 1000% accurate. I’m going to review them everywhere I can to make sure that customers know not to buy from them. Do not do business with them!

Sohnne has garnered a 2 star rating, only because the product itself was of good quality, otherwise it would have been a 1 star. I placed an order for an Eames chair on November 26, 2024. Shortly after that, I received notification that the item would be delayed by 2 weeks. I was ok with that. It was then continuously delayed until I requested the order to be cancelled on Jan. 5, 2025. I was told the item had shipped and I would be compensated for the delay and I could inspect the item when it arrived. If I was not satisfied at that time I could return it. The item finally did arrive on January 21, and while the quality was good, the chair was quite short for me (even though I had ordered the tall version). I contacted them again and requested a return. I was advised this would be very expensive for me and I was offered a credit for my next purchase and a slight discount. Multiple emails ensued until I finally accepted the discount as it was clear they were not going to offer a refund. The refund they finally did send was less than what they had initially promised, but I was too frustrated to continue on. In total, 24 emails were exchanged and the solution was not satisfactory. In short, the product you order MAY be ok for you, but if it is not they will not work to make it right. Buyer be ware! They are not a scam company (ie. you will eventually get a product) but they are extremely difficult to work with and do not care about customer satisfaction. Roll the dice ;)

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO SOHNNE! I feel bad for recommending them to my MIL. It's been 3 months since she placed an order and one of the items hasn't been delivered. Either way, the chairs ended up not working for them and have been trying to get a refund for over 2 months. We've done everything they requested with no solution on their end. We started processing the return within their time window, why even have a RETURN POLICY if you're not willing to HONOR it!!! We just want it out of the living room and are even willing to drop it off at their door and get our money back. We resorted to a charge back with the credit card company, hopefully that can get it resolved, AND FASTER, than keep waiting forever for Sohnne. It seems we're not the only ones experiencing the same. Their customer service is the worst!

HIGH QUALITY EAMES CHAIR REPLICA!! I was hesitant to say the least when I saw a high quality replica of the Eames chair made out of real wood and full grain leather. I was searching for months for a convincing dupe that would weather the test of time. I took the leap and ordered the tall version of the chair (highly recommend the tall version). It came very quickly (1 week). It was well packaged and relatively easy to install. This is the most convincing replica of the Eames chair you will find. The leather is high quality, the wood is beautiful. And you can buy 5 of these before you come close to spending what you would on 1 REAL Eames chair. I cannot recommend this store enough!
