I recently followed my heart and moved to NYC. I was just about moved in when my movers couldn’t fit my couch up seven flights and into my apartment. Ronald is a miracle worker. I reached out pretty late in the evening and he was here the next day. My couch was broken down in a horrible way, to fit it through a narrow hall. I had been searching for weeks for someone to rebuild it, to no avail. When I finally found Ronald he showed up quickly. I thought I was just getting an estimate but he went to work right away. He finished two large sections of couch in less than two hours. The photos speak for themselves. I highly recommend!

I usually don't write reviews, however Ronald deserves it! Very professional, responded to my texts or calls right away, best prices around and got the job done in less than 30 min. I needed a Jennifer Convertible sofa bed brought upstairs from the basement and driven to NY from NJ. He came prepared and got to work right away. He took the sofa bed out and was able to bring up the couch without having to take it apart. I was beyond impressed!! I would definitely use him again if I need to and would recommend him to anyone! Prior to moving to NY I purchased a sofa that ended up too big to fit into my elevator, so I had to have it returned to the company I bought it from and stored in their warehouse. After doing some research and asking for a dozen quotes from couch doctors, Ronald replied within minutes to my request. By far, Ronald was most competitive on pricing and timing for my couch. Although our first try at delivery was delayed due to a tropical storm, Ronald was understanding and willing to waive the extra day storage fee. My couch was picked up in NJ, driven to my apartment in Carnegie Hill, disassembled, brought into my home, and reassembled within two hours. This is a guy who is passionate about what he does, and eager to share his trade with the next generation. Ronald is very straightforward, he let me know what types of obstacles could arise in disassembly (needing to bring it up the stairs, additional break down of arms) and the costs associated with them before he began to take it apart. I ended up not needing to pay any additional cost, basic disassembly of the back of the couch was included in my quote. When Ronald tells you he will take care of you, he means that. He let me know when he picked up the couch and an ETA, and was easy to work with during the storm the day prior. Throughout the disassembly/reassembly he was communicative and showed expertise in his field. I highly recommend his services, and you will not be able to find a better price point.
