Welcome to Soda The Salon, Tweed Head's favourite arty hair space.
Soda The Salon is a creative hair studio located in the heart of Bay Street, offering a range of specialist hair services, focusing heavily on lived-in blondes, balayage, large colour corrections and very very good hair cuts.
The salon plays home to several highly experienced hairstylists from all over Australia, and opens its doors 6 days a week, early til late.
Soda prides itself on providing their clients a non-pretentious, relaxing, authentic, one-on-one hair experience, with a side of free comedy!! In a little nutshell, if you like feeling comfy and getting great hair at the same time, Soda is the salon for you.

Sofia is an absolute star! Without a doubt the best colour service I have ever received. And very reasonably priced considering the level of skill, the time and all of the products used. I will definitely be back! 10/10 :)

I was so excited to get my hair done here and I could not be more disappointed. My mum had been here and had great things to say, so I thought it would be lovely. How wrong I was! I don't spend much time on the coast and was unaware of the changed traffic conditions and was a little bit late to my appointment. Instead of kindly assuring me or explaining how this might affect my appointment, I was rudely told I might not have time for colour. I was 20mins late. After that, the stylist I had was uninterested in any styles I had picked out or the colour. I had asked for a vibrant red and I have walked out with something much darker, and I wanted a cut with lots of layers and I can barely tell what she cut and what was there already. I am so disappointed and will definitely NOT be returning. Waste of money and a horrible way to end a fantastic spa day with my mum.
