John Soares did a fantastic job to fix our air conditioning! He has always been very professional, fair priced and has been very responsive whenever we had any issues! After the job was done the area was spotless! I would not hesitate to refer John to any family and friends!

We called Soares after discovering a water leak behind the walls from our upstairs shower/tub combo. They were able to diagnose the point of origin and explained the issue clearly and what needed to be done to repair it. They were able to gain access after opening a wall and installing an access panel (where there should have been one already) that looks very clean and professional. After making the repairs, they would not close the order until we were 100% sure the problem was resolved and I appreciated that. I would absolutely recommend Soares for their professionalism, timely response, and clear communication. Prices are fair and were explained to us openly before we approved the service. And they provide a guarantee for their work. Definitely deserving of five stars. Thank you John!

John is a truly wonderful and talented guy. He worked tirelessly to get nearly our entire plumbing system done in a day and for an extremely fair price. He's the kind of guy to brave a lightning storm to get the job done!
