John always makes himself available. He takes the time to explain what he's found and what he's doing to fix the issue(s). I'm so glad my good friend had recommended him. John is dependable and hardworking and I never hesitate to call him with any heating or AC problem. A true gentleman and very fair with his pricing.

John has done a variety of jobs for us and handled each one masterfully despite challenging obstacles that often present themselves in a home as old as ours.
