I can’t say enough good things about this pet resort. From the clean facilities to the friendly desk staff (Barb & Miah), knowledgeable vet team, and personable kennel staff; Everything exceeds my expectations! My pets always have a comfortable, stress-free stay, and I really appreciated the regular check-ins. It’s clear they put pets’ well-being first. I highly recommend SNUG and Absolute K9 for anyone looking for a trustworthy daycare, boarding, vet, or training facility.

Beau and I cannot be more pleased with the quality of care and professionalism that he have received from SNUG! Our trainer Aaron, and interns Diego and Summer helped prepare us to become a confident Service Dog team. I was a little nervous to be away from Beau during the boarding/training process. But, we are happier, stronger, more confident and even more bonded than we were prior to this experience. We are a SNUG advocate for life! Thank you all so much for the wonderful care you gave Beau. You literally changed our lives!

We absolutely love Snug for daycare and boarding! Our dog goes to daycare regularly, and every time he comes back happier, calmer, and clearly well cared for. We’ve also used the boarding service for both Obi and our cat, and it gives us so much peace of mind whenever we need to be away. Knowing they are safe, comfortable, and cared for as individuals makes all the difference. I can not say enough good things about Absolute K9 and Snug Pet Resort. I was having trouble with dog reactivity and had never had a dog in professional training. I am over 70 and felt for My safety and the safety of my dog I needed help. Aaron at Absolute K9 was his trainer and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It was HARD to have him gone for a month but it was well worth it. We had a private lesson last week and group lesson this week and I can honestly say I am sooooo happy with the results. I know that I have long term help if needed. Every email and Phone call for kennel checks were answered within a very reasonable time frame. My dog had shots at the vet there and she was a delight to talk with. All the front desk ladies and kennel personnel are professional and kind and everyone seems to genuinely care if your pet and the owner is happy. I highly recommend this place and am so happy with the results. I felt the price was fair and totally reasonable.

Snug Pet Resort has been an incredible experience for me and my puppy, Winston, and I can’t recommend them enough—especially our trainer, Aaron. From day one, Aaron has been patient, professional, and genuinely invested in Winston’s progress. Thanks to his expert guidance, Winston completed the full-service off-leash training program and is now so much more confident, responsive, and well-behaved. The follow-up training sessions have also been great, helping reinforce everything he learned. The team at Snug truly cares, and Aaron made the whole process smooth, supportive, and effective. If you’re looking for real results and a trainer who truly connects with your dog, Aaron is the one to trust!

Amazing team especially Barbara the coordinator and Mark the dog trainer. Help is available here at all times. Ask and you shall receive! When I got my new puppy and I had no clue how to take care of the puppy, they came to my rescue. Their clear instructions on the basics of taking care of the puppy, as well as the training they provided literally saved me :) Also, at the daycare they provide is phenomenal. My puppy loves it and plays there a lot and comes home happily tired. So, she sleeps through the night peacefully. The staff at the front desk as well as inside the facility are amazingly kind and helpful. If you want the best care for your pet, then this is the place I could recommend without qualms.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Snug Pet Resort is truly family to us! I’ve been bringing my mini goldendoodle, Teddy, to Snug Pet Resort since around June 2022 — usually about three days a week — and at this point, it genuinely feels like we’re walking into a second home. The entire team loves Teddy just as much as I do, and I’ve never once had a moment of doubt about the care he receives there. What started as just daycare quickly became so much more. Snug is now our trusted vet, too, and they always manage to get Teddy in whenever something’s needed, treating every visit with genuine care and urgency. It’s rare to find a place where you feel truly seen as a pet parent, and Snug nails it! I’ve boarded Teddy overnight several times, and he always comes home happy, healthy, and deliciously exhausted — which, let’s be honest, is every dog parent’s love language. (Plus, if he stays over a week, they bathe him before he goes home!) A special heartfelt shout-out to Brandon, who made my very first overnight boarding experience so much easier. I called incessantly (new-mom energy!), and he was unbelievably kind and patient. He checked on Teddy repeatedly, gave him extra love on my behalf, and made me feel completely at peace. I will never forget that ❤️ We also completed their three-week training program with Mark, who went above and beyond to ensure Teddy came home confident, well-mannered, and proud of himself. Marks dedication, communication, and skill were outstanding! And I have to give huge appreciation to the amazing humans who make every drop-off and pick-up feel like we’re greeting friends: Amy and Barb at the front desk, who have been sunshine since day one, and Mia, the newest addition, who instantly became one of Teddy’s absolute favorites. They know him, adore him, and treat his quirks with such love, like he’s their own. In the back, Yoselyn, Joselyn, and Brandon (again!) are such a big part of Teddy’s world! They take incredible care of him, make sure he has a great day every day, and they notice all the little things only true dog people see. Snug Pet Resort is the definition of a place that gets it. Expert care, warm hearts, real relationships, and a team that treats your pet like their own. They’ve become an essential part of our lives, and I couldn’t be more grateful! If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be loved, safe, understood, and excited to go — Snug is it. Truly the best!!

Thank you doctor Nicole, Nurse Katie and the rest of the care team for taking great care of my stress ball Kim Chi! I appreciate the time you took to explain everything in detail and even though I felt like I bombarded you with questions, everyone was so sweet and eager to help. Brian trained our dog Frankie for 3.5 weeks and did an amazing job. Frankie is now obedient, calm, and his guarding issues have improved so much—we no longer worry about aggression. We’re so grateful for Brian’s help and expertise! Would highly recommend their training program and boarding. They treat your pet like family.

They really helped me out when another vet failed me. They boarded three cats and provided health certificates for traveling because I had to relocate my cats. Their vets were very good. They were very responsive to my needs and the staff was professional, friendly, and efficient.
