Snowtech did an excellent job for us. Our walk-in fridge died one night and I found Snowtech on the web the next morning. Leanne handled my service call. She was courteous, professional, and effective. She didn't overpromise, and followed up to make sure that everything was okay. Peter turned up when promised, and was similarly great to deal with. He had the parts needed, fixed the problem (fan unit) and didn't try and sell me stuff I didn't need. I will set up a service contract with Snowtech as a result of this positive experience.

Highly Reccomend these guys! our cool room died around 4:30pm last Friday. after a freak out I googled and found Dave’s Refrigeration, by 6pm two technicians were here. diagnosed the problem and explained it all to me clearly so i knew what was up. they Changed the condenser fan motor within 30minutes, topped up our freezer room with gas as it wasn’t reaching temperature properly. so now our cool room and freezer room are working so much better than they were before!! :) big thumbs up for Prompt and reliable service that i really felt i could trust with such knowledgeable refrigeration mechanics ! Amazing service all round!! big thanks and big love!

Recommend these guys, they stayed within our budget and time frame which was super important to us. Our cool room is working better than ever. They came in at 6am and the cool room was back up and working by 7am when our shop opened. We tried two other companies before we rang Dave’s and both couldn’t seem to get the cool room to work. I have been using Dave’s Refrigeration close to 10 years now for multiple pub businesses around Sydney. Dealing with tradies isn’t usually my favourite thing but Dave and the boys make my life so easy! If I ever have a refrigeration issue, without a doubt the boys have it fixed that day. If they can’t help me over the phone they will come out and check everything. They know what they are doing and always fairly priced. When it comes to refrigeration repairs these guys know the go.
