As a fellow merchant with over 25 years of experience in business, I understand the realities of trade. Delays happen, mistakes occur, and unexpected issues are sometimes unavoidable. I am generally patient and empathetic toward others in this industry.
However, what I experienced in this case went far beyond a simple delay or operational issue. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic professional courtesy was extremely disappointing and, frankly, disrespectful.
This is the first time in my career that I have felt compelled to report another merchant to the Better Business Bureau. This decision was not made lightly, but out of necessity, as multiple attempts to resolve the matter professionally were ignored.
I believe transparency, respect, and accountability are the foundation of any legitimate business relationship. Unfortunately, those standards were not met here.
