Snibley's Carpet Cleaning

We had just purchased a home "as is" and the carpet needed serious attention. We tried to reach out to a few locally recommended companies but we found ourselves waiting over 24hrs for a response from any of them. I had reached out to Snibleys, after venting to a friend about the ridiculous issues of "lack of timely response" he recommended that I speak with this company and I do not regret it! I gave Snibleys a call and had an appointment setup for services to be done in less than 18hrs. I cannot thank your team enough and we will be repeat customers!

To start, it pains me during a pandemic to give any small business a bad review. But let me tell you my experience with this place. I called and spoke to a woman about getting my carpet cleaning. She said the earliest they could do it was in 2 weeks on a Monday. Then she quoted me a price. She said my appt time would be 10:30 a.m. Might be as late as 11:30. This was all fine. So we take Monday off and get up early to start moving things. As most anyone would know, moving most furniture out of 3 bedrooms and living room is a MAJOR task! Nobody enjoys it but it has to be done to get maximum carpet cleaned. So we were done and exhausted by 10:30. Waiting and waiting. 11:00 still no show so I call. I get their recording and leave a message that we are waiting. Curious thing...the woman on the message apologizes two or three times for not being the there to answer. At 11:30 I call again and get recording. At 12:30 we are done with this and I say so on message I left! I told them how unprofessional they are. EVERYONE has a cell phone with a small business and there is no excuse for no one to call back! It's now 3 days after that and no one has the courtesy to call and explain this disgusting excuse for business. Shameful!!

Easy to schedule, prompt, efficient, sent me an ebill, they took Applepay for payment. Everything was cleaned and house smelled better after tenants moved out. Highly recommended.
