Pay is $17 an hour (Pay during the ride-a-long and trial/training is $13.00 an hour). Rapid pay increases during the training period. With time, common sense, dependability, reliability, and the willingness to learn pay may increase up to $20.00 an hour. Snibley's technicians often earn gratuity from clients. No experience needed, Snibley’s provides paid training. After Trial/Training and Ride-a-long period the job requires you to drive the company van and work independently. The job involves medium physical labor, including sometimes carrying small equipment up and down stairs.
