Pay is $12.75 an hour during the ride-a-long and trial training. Rapid pay increases during the training period. With time, common sense, dependability, reliability, and the willingness to learn pay may increase to $20.00 an hour. Snibley's technicians often earn gratuity from clients. No experience needed, Snibley’s provides paid training. Job requires you to drive the company van and work independently. Job involves quite a bit of medium/heavy physical labor, including carrying equipment up and down stairs. Our technicians need to have good/professional client interaction.
