Snap Towing

I asked for pickup reservations and they did not disappoint they were on time and picked up as well as delivered my car with care , I will be going back to them whenever I need a tow again . Highly recommended:)

Service was excellent! Price was great! Communication was the best I’ve had from a tow company. Very professional and quick. We had another tow company scheduled and 3 min before the scheduled time (30 min after calling for a tow) they postponed for an hour and 20 min later. 🤦🏽‍♀️ we cancelled service and called Snap. Have a price over the phone and stuck to that price. Was to my location quickly. Tow truck was nice, not beat up like some others. Sent verifying pic once the vehicle arrived to its destination. Would definitely call Snap again!!

I had booked the driver Jose with Snap Towing through the roadside assistance feature on Allstate app. The informed me the cost of the tow was $66 more than my coverage which I was fine covering. After Snap was awarded the tow, the driver called to inform me it would not only be the extra $66 but there would be an additional $40 i would be charged so he could “cover the cost of gas to take his truck back to base”. He did this outside of the Allstate app via phone call which seemed fishy. After confirming with Allstate all I should expect to pay was the cost of the tow and not for his return trip, I declined his services when he didn’t wish to discuss whether that $40 was reasonable. If I had asked him to drive me to the middle of no where I wouldn’t be as upset, but towed to Orem from West Valley is not so far fetched or out of the way in my opinion.

I can't say enough good things about this towing company. Jose arrived within 25 minutes of us calling at 515am! He was fast, efficient and friendly. Towed our SUV to the repair shop in Tooele and was very pleasant about everything! Use this company!!

Mario was clean cut and professional; a family man. My vehicle's display said I was have a brake system problem. I couldn't start the vehicle. When Mario arrived, he trouble shot the problem. He determined the problem was with the battery. He jump the battery and recommended I get the battery replaced. He was still willing to tow my vehicle if I felt more comfortable with that service but a tow wasn't necessary. I appreciate Mario's honesty. I'm sure he would have made more money towing my vehicle verse just giving it a jump. Thank you for truly helping me with my vehicle verse just performing a tow job. Sincerely, Ryan

Snap towing arrived to tow my car well within their reasonable ETA. The driver was professional and helpful. I felt my car was handled with care. An overall pleasant experience for an unpleasant circumstance.

Guy was there in under an hour, was cheaper than everyone else I called and was a professional. I have a new tow guy. Please give him your business.

Very friendly and efficient. Reasonably priced. Was a scheduled tow for a specific time. 10 minute after he should have been there I called, he answered and came right away as he had forgotten from when schedule the afternoon before. He only ended up being 30 minutes late but it did cause me to be late for work. This is why I did 4 instead of 5 stars.
